FAQs

Why do they call you Fuzzy?2021-02-23T12:29:33+00:00
It’s a nickname I got during my apprenticeship. Given to me during a time that I didn’t have time to shave my head. So my hair got a little long and one of my instructors started calling me “that fuzzy guy” and it just kinda stuck. The next time I saw him I had a clean shaved head and the first words he said to me was ” Nope! You’re still Fuzzy to me”. I just ran with it.

Cash is always preferred. I also accept Paypal and Venmo.

Will the tattoo hurt.2021-03-02T23:30:31+00:00
Yes. All tattoos hurt. Some places hurt more than others. It can range from mild discomfort to a weed-eater made of fire! Just kidding. But, know that this is normal. Be prepared. Especially mentally. You will need to be able to sit still while in some pain.
How can I be prepared for my tattoo?2021-03-02T23:30:43+00:00
Get a good night’s rest the night before. Don’t drink alcohol the day before or god forbid the day of. Sitting through the pain uses a good amount of energy, so have a good meal before your appointment. Not too heavy or huge. But, a solid meal that will give your body the fuel it needs to get through. Also, drink plenty of water the day before and the morning of. Stay hydrated.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?2021-03-02T23:30:49+00:00

Normally I would say yes. I typically would allow you to bring 1 or 2 friends at most to your appointment. However due to the global pandemic we are trying to keep any and all possible exposure opportunities to a minimum. So please come to your appointment alone for now.

Do I have to wear a mask while in the shop?2021-03-02T23:30:55+00:00
ABSOLUTELY. We are requiring everyone to mask up, wash up, and have temps checked upon entering the shop. We are doing everything we can to keep all the artists and clients safe while in the shop.
Now that I have my tattoo, how do I heal it?2021-03-02T23:31:13+00:00
There are a few methods. The best I have found is by using a derm bandage such as Saniderm, Ultra Derm, Second Skin TAC, or Recovery Derm. Covering it for the first 5 days to a week. Some studies have found that when wounds are kept moist and covered, blood vessels regenerate faster and the numbers of cells that cause inflammation drop more rapidly than they do in wounds allowed to air out. If you are allergic to adhesives we will go over alternatives for you.
Do you sell aftercare products?2022-02-10T06:48:02+00:00

Yes. I offer adhesive derm bandages. No longer charging a fee for the first application. If you would like to purchase a second application you can do so for $5 for small tattoos or $10 for larger pieces.
